Riding the anti-hairband wave of the late '80s, Folk Medicine was a dyspeptic tonic to an inane hit parade. Extolled in Spy magazine, this one established Wampeters as, for casting purposes, whores with hearts of gold.
Remastered in 2005 for CD and digital downloads, Folk Medicine is back in print.
