Fowl was started in the mid-90's by Jimmie's Chicken Shack frontman Jimi Haha to promote his and other bands in the Annapolis/Baltimore/DC area. Since its inception Fowl has grown to national distribution and promotion due largely to the success of Jimmie's Chicken Shack.
