Zira is a band from Carson, California .
Lead by front man and guitarist Sal Garcia , drummer Gerry Garcia, bass player Frank Garcia, and new member Angel on vocals and guitar.
Their influences range from a wide variety of rock and indie rock artist like: Swervedriver, Hum, Dinosaur Jr, Mogwai, Mineral, Smashing Pumpkins, and Radiohead.
the sound of our music is dreamy, glommy, followed by a mass of distorted guitars.

author: PureA sound that defines the edgy era of 90's rock music. From Seattle to the ethereal sound of British modern rock. a must get for all alternative/modern rock music listeners. I would love to see a full lenght production from this guys l.p. The Smashing pumpkins meet radiohead.
