The CDs is meant for playing in your cd alarm clock radio or computer. Just set it and you will be gently awakened with a steady rhythm of a bell/gong that increases from nothing in volume to full sound over a period of time, allowing you to wake up gently rather than a jarring buzz or beep you would normally get from an alarm clock.
The first track increases in volume over 30 minutes with the strikes being around 9-10 seconds apart, the next track is 5 minutes at the full volume level but with the first 2 minutes being a more rapid pace and the next 3 minutes being even more rapid, to try and make sure you wake up. Track 3, increases over 15 minutes with a track after just like the 2nd track and track 5 increases over 5 minutes and a track after just like the 2nd track again.
This slow awakening will allow to to wake up energized and ready to start your day. Or you can use these tracks as a meditation tool for a timed session to get yourself energized.
I went looking for a product like this myself and never found one this is why I created it and personally use it.

Please listen to the samples. The sound is very true to the size of a large bell/gong sound and some smaller sound systems can't reproduce the sound very well.
