Track 1: SONG BIRD
A sensuous bossa featuring the alluring voice of Samia Panni on a lush bed of authentic Brazilian percussion.
Track 2: RETURN TO ME
Salsa slammed down by Sergio Mendes veteran Johnny Conga, burning sax section by Mike Deasy Jr., blistering trumpets by Thomas Marriott.
Track 3: TERANA
India meets Brazil with tabla virtuoso Vishal Nagar, he sets the scene for Gordon Assadi's Persian-flavored violin, over an infectious calypso groove.

Variety of Melodies! Cultural Cornicopia!
author: RosaThere is quite a fine balance between the different musical styles blended in these compositions. The title track "Songbird" is beautifully sung and demands repeat listens, leaving you hungry for more after the first review. This EP is a great teaser for the full length CD soon to come!
