notes
Produced by Alex Perialas (Anthrax, Testament, Metallica), Without Warning's "Believe" charted in both Japan and Europe when it was first released in 1996. Led by principal songwriters Ted Burger (guitar) and Jack Bielata (vocals), Without Warning delivers heavy music with an aggressive drive in the vein of Dream Theater and Savatage, with Bielata singing in a hard rock style that occassionally sounds almost operatic. On "Believe", the band combines superb keyboards and outstanding guitars, along with a powerful rhythm unit. Interestingly, Burger was voted one of the top 5 guitar players in Japan by the MVP Readers Poll.
This re-release fatures 2 bonus tracks not on the original Zero/EMI pressing.

Band rocks with energy and talent
author: Kevin WIt's a great CD and as the years pass, their sounds is still theirs. They have a late 80s early 90s sound of other big name bands, but you can hear their own style within it still. Ted is an incredible guitarist as is Steve at drums. Glad to see they put out this many albums, too bad the US record labels can't see the talent.
this band rules!
author: Lilsis 1This CD is a bit darker than WW's follow up "Step Beyond". Very heavy yet always melodic. It's a shame music like this is too intelligent for the idiots that run the US music scene. Music that is aggressive yet intelligent and melodic. Wish this band was still around. BUY THIS IMPORT WHILE YOU CAN!!!!
