Mike Winans comes from the legendary 1st family of gospel music, the Winans family. He was part of the Grammy and Dove Award nominated group, Winans Phase 2. They enjoyed great success including the #1 position on Billboard's top gospel sales chart. His debut solo album is filled with top notch production that he and his production team (Baby Mike Music) created. The well-blended melodious tunes on this project definitely propel this artist to the higher echelon of his genre. During his career, Mike has performed with great music icons such as Stevie Wonder, Brian McKnight, Joe, Brandy, Stephanie Mills, his aunt Cece Winans, etc. Furthermore, as a producer, he has worked with P. Diddy, Carl Thomas, New Edition, Prymary Colorz, Vickie Winans, Thelma Guyton, his parents Michael & Regina Winans, etc. There is no question that this album will impact the music industry in a mighty way.     This cd is totally completely hot in every way. The music was too tight, and Mike's tender tenor was amazing. But what really makes this cd a winner for me were the lyrics. Every song was thoughtfully and artisticly and lovingly expressed with such honesty and poise. In short, I love this cd.
