Album Notes

Wee Rock is the creation of husband and wife team Greg and Erin Paxton. Greg has a bachelors degree in music from Cal State Long Beach, and is a freelance drummer in the Los Angeles area. Erin earned her bachelors in music from USIU and is a registered music therapist. Creating a children’s CD was the last thing they thought they would ever do, until their son Jonathan was born. “Suddenly we had all this children’s music playing in the house” Greg says, “it replaced what we would usually listen to”. This combined with watching the antics of their son, and all the other new experiences of parenthood was the inspiration for writing some children’s music of their own. This CD is the result, and Greg and Erin hope you enjoy listening to it as much as they enjoyed making it.
