This second album by Warryn Peace is a signed and numbered special edition preview of a trilogy, 13cubed, which will boast contributions from unsigned artists around the world. GOTTA, however, is a complete album in and of itself and a true labor of love.
Owners of this album will be entitled to a special price when 13cubed is released. Once you've purchased the album and decide you love it and simply must have the 13cubed trilogy, visit the Warryn Peace MySpace page and send a message saying so. You'll then be supplied with the details about purchasing 13cubed.
13cubed will be released as a 3 cd set boxed in a dvd-style case and will be accompanied by a booklet with details about the songs and the contributing artists.
I'm also thinking about a special edition thumb drive with all the artwork and music in jpg and mp3 formats. That's just a thought at this point, but if enough folks say they'd kill to have one, I'll have to do it to save lives.
Warryn Peace is the name I use for my solo and collaborative work and is not my name nor is it a band per se. My name is Jef Peace and Warren Peace is how my bandmates would introduce me at live gigs. I love a good pun, so when time came to do a solo album, that name, with all its fond memories, was the logical choice.
I found another Warren Peace shortly after releasing my first album, so out of respect and a sense of duty, I changed the spelling to Warryn Peace.
