One of the most amazing Acoustic Guitar/Singer Songwriters you'll ever hear.

  • Breathtaking

I have owned this CD for 5 hours and I am totally consumed with joy. I haven't taken it out of the player, the songs range from uplifting anthems (like the great title track) to an amazing tenderness that is intimately touching (on my current favourite 'To Let You See Me'). There really isn't a bad track on this album, if you like Melissa Ferrick you have to buy it - you won't be disappointed.

This is the last cd I've added to my Melissa collection, and what a way to end it! I gotta tell ya, this is TRUE Melissa. Inspiriation is certainly derived from the songs! You can listen to it when you've been kicked down, lifted up, and back again.

  • Award-winning album...and for good reason!!
    author: Miz Lexie

How can you go wrong with an award winner? It's gotta be good, girls and boys, and it IS! This album's title gives away the best track on the list: Everything I Need. It sets the standard for the rest of the songs on the record, and its not hard to find one you don't like better! This is the 365-day Melissa Ferrick CD...because whatever you're feeling today, she's got a song on here about it! Marvelous! Buy it and save on those therapy bills! (fantaisie636@hotmail.com)

  • Understanding the human heart...

I've unfortunately only become aware of Melissa Ferrick within the past year. I say unfortunate because I think her music could have helped get me through many tough times in high school and college. But regardless, I did get through them, and now I've discovered Melissa. I first purchased her most recent studio album, 'Freedom'. Well. Within a month I had purchased everything she had (mostly from cdbaby). I love 'Everything I Need'. It leads me through a complete range of emotions. Just when I'm about to sob from the heartbreak of 'Fear and Time', I can flip to 'Everything I Need' and become at least a bit happier. Melissa is my therapy. And she plays a damn good guitar.
