notes
Wallace Wylie was born and raised in Scotland and moved to Minneapolis in 2001. "The Bow and the Baker" is his debut album. It was recorded on a 4 track and self-released. The album shows the influence of 60's folk and pop (Love, The Incredible String Band, The Kinks) as well as more modern influences (Elliott Smith) and showcases Wallace's folk/pop approach to songwriting.
