John Walker
John Walker has performed his award-winning brand of country-blues for 35 years. He tours with the Nebraska Arts Council, was named Blues Artist of the Year in 2001 and 2002 in KZUM-radio’s Listeners’ Choice Awards, and performed at the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts as Nebraska's representative to the Center's Statehood Days Concerts in 2003. Robert W. Butler, in the Kansas City Star, wrote: "With his rich, deep, folkie voice and his love of '30's blues, Walker seems to have stepped straight from the Dust Bowl Days...he knocks your ears off."
