The new face of atmospheric, mood and illbient music.
author: Sock Drawer Sounds zineThe newest release from the East Lansing-based duo focuses on repetition, with sounds percolating into the foreground and back out. It's almost like a film score with its gradual dynamics, although to what film I don't know. Slow industrial, drone, and even hints of android pop peek out here and there. Noteworthy for its mix of low- and higher-tech instrumentation.
