Evidence Pending, the sophomore release from accomplished New York City based recording artist John Virag, is a sophisticated yet hip follow-up to his debut CD, Dream Reality, released in 2001. This time around, Virag has fully produced and recorded the album in his Sea King Productions studio and played all the supporting instruments. Guest artists include guitarist BD Lenz (solo on “Steel”) and female vocalist Dayna Steele (featured on “One Elusive Fire”).
Evidence Pending offers a variety of expressive and emotionally intense tracks, giving the entire album a dynamic sphere. Every song tells a story, from the upbeat, gritty opening track “Down” to John’s vivid and personal response to 9/11 in “Patriot”, to the beautiful, swooning final track “One Elusive Fire”.
