(Artist's note): As an accomplished musician I have never been so influenced by the prevailing effect Brazilian & Latin music has on my everyday life,I have found the music very emotional and natural and much more advanced,and ahead of our own (usa) culture.I listened and learned from the great artists such as Dori Caymmi, Pat Metheny, Carlos Santana, Ricardo Silviera, Ivan Linns, and Jobim. There's too many other greats to list.I know for sure their music has had an impact on other artists from Sting to James Taylor and many others.These influences have alot to do with their success as well as mine.I'm influenced by almost everyone of the genre.My CD "ENTRANCE" features some of my best playing,arranging, and compositions.It also reveals how much diversity and creativity this style of music has to offer.
