Viento de los Andes is a series of instrumental recordings by Jose Arciniegas from Ecuador. His cds feature traditional and original melodies on bamboo flutes ,guitars and drums.
Jose has been performing and recording in the western United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico and China for the last 16 years.His recordings are distributed around the world. Jose is known for his evocative flute playing and varied guitar and folk drum rhythms from South America.

absolutely awesome!
author: RVBrilliant music of Jose Arciniegas and band. Totally instrumental, no disturbing humming or singing as so often with Andean music. More than an hour of excellent melodies with flute and guitar. Totally recommended to Andean music lovers.
Traditional music with a zen essence
