What gives Uta Bella the strength to continue despite the difficulties, it’s her first motivation: help her continent Africa to fight against famine, diseases and extreme poverty. She feels that she has a mission on earth, a mission that God entrusted her. Isn’t the disc that she just recorded the chance to do good actions? Already, she had sung at a Red Cross gala in Paris, and for “Le Secours Populaire Francais” (Popular French Rescue) in Norway.

superb maiden CD!
author: John WasonIn my opinion Uta Bella's own compositions - Tumbele, Mezik, Nassa Nassa, and Tchatcha'akumba - are the best of the lot...with one exception. "Groovy To Love", as dated as the name sounds, is so soulful that it brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it. My only regrets are that the CD is so short - only 8 songs, less than 40 minutes in length - and that it lacks liner notes. But every minute of listening is a pure delight. I anxiously await more from Uta Bella!
