U.R. (Universal Royalty) plays an urban blend of live band hip-hop, rap, rock with hints of other styles and flavors. The Band consists of six brothers born and raised in New York City. They now reside in Mount Bethel, P.A. U.R. was led by the Lord to tell their story of hardship, faith, forgiveness and a new start through music. Using rap, vocal harmonies and live instruments U.R. has been showcasing their unique flavor to crowds nationally and internationally. With their originally formulated style combined with raw energy and emotion, U.R. will capture you with their message and move you with their sound. author: baybee bowddave luis and dan are good singers (dave lead, luis back and dan rap) they have a lot to say on the matter of jesus they rule. most of their songs are to do with jesus and thier family like thier dad who left them when they were only little. they remined me of my dad when he left me since i first heard them i have thought about jesus alot as they have shown me that even if you have nothing that you still have somthing like you will have your family and you will still have your friends because only true friends wont judge you like if you judge a book by its cover you wont get very far.these people all brothers have shown me a new way of life i hope they have shown you all xXx

author: LaurenThis CD was one of the best, if not the best Christian music CDs ever! It is a great way for people to learn about and praise God while listening to awesome songs that everyone loves. You have so much fun listening to this CD that you almost don't know that you are praising and learning about Him. It was fantastic! Keep it up!
A class all their own
author: GospelFlava.comThese six, Pennsylvania-based blood brothers (plus one, Chris Vasquez), bring song selections that include “Come Away”, an uptempo, guitar-filled rap tune which expresses their faith in the unseen God. Midway through the song, they hit a break where lead singer Dave Toro's vocals become reminiscent of Michael Tate (of dcTalk). UR's love for hip hop continues on the jumping “Stick Em' UP”. Luis Toro's fancy Spanish guitar work is a definite highlight on this one. Then hip hop crew HanSoul joins the group on “Heart, Soul, Mind”, creating a nice blend of hip hop verses and praise chorus. HanSoul adds spice to an already-good song. “Override” is a straight-up acoustic praise and worship song to God. “Perfect Day” speaks of a what a day in God's presence might be like, and is a wonderful worship song that includes some light scratching and 16 bars of rapping to give it a hip hop twist. Other highlights on the album include “Gravity”, “Where to Go” and “Angel”. By making sure that their diverse influences were incorporated on the project, Universal Royalty creates a stylistic class of their own
This album is HOT!
