Short Story Long … a tale of two songwriters
OK, you've found us. Whether it was on purpose or you just happened to stumble upon us doesn't really matter. All that matters is that you are here…Welcome!
We are Frank Veres and Luisa Tanno, aka Twice Around, an acoustic guitar and vocal duo from Milford CT. Like many musicians in the world today, we made a CD. You may ask, "Does this CD contain the type of music I like?" Excellent question. We’re not sure. We don't know you…not yet anyway. We can tell you this. Our family and friends like it. Are they being honest when they tell us this? Who knows? It doesn't matter. They are our family and friends. If they had any say in the matter, we would be the biggest thing the music world has ever known. Since they constitute a very small percentage of the world's population, this has not been the case.
So, it looks like we need a few more friends. Family too probably, but that just seems to take more time and effort (like the fact that they always need you to help out when they decide to repaint the bathroom). So maybe you would like to be one of our friends. Or perhaps just a real good acquaintance. But that all hedges on the fact that you don't know if you like our music. Well, the good news is that this site has some song samples for you to listen to. You can actually hear for yourself.
Our job is done...as far as producing this CD anyway. We made the best music that we could at that period of time, and we put it out into the world hoping to find some similar souls who might feel the connection to it. Maybe you are one of them. You've come this far so you might as well have a listen. As the group America sang in their song Lonely People: "You never know until you try".

Pleasant find!
author: V. S.Took a chance on buying this just from reading about Twice Around on their website. Now this is the CD most likely to be playing in my car constantly. Great lyrics and a good feel all around. I recommend it highly.
