    On peut vraiment écouter cette musique d'un trait et sans parler vraiment de concept, une vive cohésion lie les éléments du trio. Entre rêve inquiétant et humour tendre, charge émotionnelle et minimalisme, la scène s'ouvre à des corps morcelés d'images, à des voix détournées, multiples, et devient lieu d'expériences où le hasard a aussi son mot à dire. Un son très recherché et vigoureux, une guitare qui essaie de ne jamais tomber dans le piège attendu du lyrisme,alors qu'elle en a toutes les possibilités,de l'audace dans le choix de ces rythmes volontairement fragmentés, disloqués comme ce scénario d'accident, cette mémoire qui divague dans le premier titre, ou encore ce final si prenant des 13 cicatrices. Une pièce que l'on pourrait écouter en boucle jusqu'à l'interruption brutale. Voici donc un album en rupture, qui imprime sa marque singulière.

    One facet of instrumentation that is exploited to best advantage here is the ability of everyone except the drummer to execute glissandi, the practice of sliding from note to note. Frank Vigroux plays the fretless guitar, which makes gliding even more effective and also gives guitarists the ability to play notes that fall in-between the half steps of the Western scale. This makes Vigroux's stringed instrument capable of more closely imitating Trepp's trombone. However, sometimes he just lets it rip, rock guitar style, as evidenced by his fuzzed-out solo on "Ma memoire part a l'ouest".
