On their third release, Troubadours have ventured into some newer territories. Motor City/Windy City includes four new, self-produced originals and a five song live set from their appearance at the 2005 Independent Music World Series' Midwest Finals at the Elbow Room in Chicago. Of the five live tracks, four appear on Danzas Urbanas, the group's second release, and the fifth is a previously unreleased track. For the first time, some electric and steel string guitar appear on a Troubadours recording, which have previously included exclusively nylon string classical guitar. Also, one of the studio tracks has vocals sung in english, also a first for a Troubadours recording. Enjoy!
