notes

Over the past few months, Triniti has been creating a buzz on the underground scene, having just returned from a video shoot with Beenie Man in Jamaica, as well as opening for D12 at The House of Blues(check behind the scenes footage at www.trinitiswebsite.com). With a team of Multi-Platinum producers, including Troyton Rami(Sean Paul, Beenie Man), Steven"Lenky" Marsden(Wayne Wonder, Lumidee, Sean Paul), Salaam Remi(fugees, Nas), Steve Moralis(Mya, Christina Auguilera) she has created a totally unique sound which she calls, "Ragga Hop".
Triniti was born to a Trinidadian Father, and an American Mother, and then raised between the UK and the Caribbean. She embodies as many influences in to her music as her name suggests, creating a totally Fresh sound.

Triniti writes hits you'd expect from Beyonce, but with a twist-a Caribbean flow to the likes of Sean Paul. Her unique Vocal ability to switch from sultry to operatic to straight up"Yardie" raps, puts her in a category all of her own. Creating a new genre, somewhere between Reggae and Pop, she may well be the first of many acts to follow.

Triniti brings with her music an exotic, irresistible appearance, and an affinity for hit song writing. She is an integral part of all aspects of her music, from lyrical concept and production, to arrangement and tracking.

Destined for Superstardom, Triniti embodies everything you'd expect from a world-class artist. At 15, she had her first record deal. At 17, she was a World Ranked Professional Tennis player. Arriving in the U.S. on a Tennis Scholarship at 18, and graduating Magna Cum Laude at 22, it appears that Triniti has all the credentials she needs to take the world by storm.

  • Initially confounded, but ultimately pleased
    author: Joel Schou

I bought this CD because I was impressed with the free iTunes track last week and after sampling the 30-second previews of the rest of the album on iTunes, I decided to order the CD (I'm a stickler for physical media). The first listen took place at work on our cheap shelf system with very poor speakers. I was very disappointed because the CD didn't seem at all like the samples I'd listened to the night before at home. However, rather than give up on the CD, I decided to give it another shot the next day and brought my good headphones with me to the office. It was like night and day. I found myself bobbing my head and tapping my toes and hearing all sorts of fine musical details in songs that the day before had been completely lost, flat, and boring. After one run through the CD I hit play again and listened a second time. The CD then made its way to a more permanent home in my car. In fact, just today I was listening to it on the way home. I heartily approve and am very happy with the CD. I hope Triniti keeps up the good work!

  • Impresive...just impresive...
    author: M.A.L

Tell ya' what! If is not cool, then is Hot Again... Baby T’ you got it going on... I loved your music, lyrics, up beats, low beats, solos, and compositions of most of your songs… Every body will agree that Hot Again is the one song that brings the flavor and indulge us to dance weather we are chilling or not… Though, your remix, of Do U Really Want to Hurt Me, gave me as much satisfaction as much as the Can’t Go On… I am exited to hear your new material… I don’t have any doubts that your new material will be hot as well… ciao

  • Triniti's Ragga Hop hugh Hits
    author: dougla1

What all Rude Girls, secretly (scratch that), openly need is love…true love. You playing tough, yardie people, you feel yuh rough…nah true. Is love, real love, for real. On this album CD, Triniti spreads mad Ragga Hop love, as well as affirm her own unique musical voice. Check it. Spread the word. Most of the tracks are real Dancehall flavors that would rock any party in the Americas (the Caribbean included, of course), Europe, Africa, and many other lively parties worldwide. The CD is a seamless blend of all Triniti’s pop music experiences while growing up in the different places she lived. I imagine they include American and British Pop, American R&B, Jamaican Reggae, Trinidad Soca, and American Hip-Hop. Well, she was really listening to this cornucopia of different sounds and found the exotic spices to integrate them all. The sound of Triniti’s unique vibes never loses it’s coherent identity and always shines through no matter who was at the mixing board, even with the numerous producers on this CD. The result is an extraordinary achievement, and would make the most jaded want to “wine up their waist.” If one wants to relax after a dance-till-you’re-drenched-in-sweat, Triniti-sound party, or smile to an uplifting tune to start your day, then “Everyday” is the ticket. And, discover the retro style Reggae track, “How we gonna Know” that reminds one why the world fell in love with Reggae in the first place, before the incredible dominance of Bob Marley. “How we gonna know what love is, if we keep on fighting?” Tell meh nah. Big Ups, Triniti!

  • TRINITI is a star to be reckoned with!!!!!!!!

  • Hot Beats, Original Sound, Great songs
    author: Twista

Hot, Hot, Hot riddims, nice melodies, the type of album that can cross ALL genres and touch people from ALL walks of life. Some of the songs sound like Club sizzlers, while others throw you back to the days of Bob Marley and The Wailers.
