This is Rock!
author: C. OlivaYou want real melodic rock, look no further. Some of the greatest music in this genre I've heard in a while. Catchy as hell. One listen and you'll be just another victim of The Trend.
I hope this is a Trend
author: IvegotmonoThese guys call themselves Retro Pop but anyone who likes pop/punk by real musicians will love this. Great songwriting and excellent musicians make this stand out. Favorite kind of Girl should be on the radio for sure and the rest are great too. Also the production/ studio job is about the best I ever heard. (and there's a great hidden track too)
Punkish Boy-Pop Magic
author: Mr. LeaseAn upbeat, humorous look at love through the eyes of guys who are too old for these types of lyrics...leads one to think of cigarette-smoking,thriftstore-clad 20-somethings perusing the high school parking lots for girls in hope of finding an 18 year old to talk to on the phone for hours on a school night. I hear influence of some of Ben Lee's best songs when I listen.
This is awesome
author: 301 ButtonsIn a world of clones these guys stand apart by playing the music the way it was intended. They have a sense of melody that is obviously based on real musicianship and not modern bands of the week.
