With a music career spanning over thirty years, Tony Chin legendary reggae guitarist, is a true founding father of reggae music. Born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in the cauldrons of Trenchtown and Greenwich Farm, Tony's carrer started off in the rosksteady era of the late 1960's and progressed into reggae in the 1970's as an original member of the great Soul Syndicate Band.
Tony Chin is well known both as a studio and touring musician and his talent has taken him all over the world backing artists such as the Mighty Diamonds, Jimmy Cliff, Big Youth, U Roy, Michael Rose and many others. Tony continues to tour the world as a member of the Fully Fullwood Band, and also continues to sing and write songs, only a handful have been released as yet on his first solo cd Music and Me as well as a few songs he wrote and released as a member of Big Mountain.
