Retired, USA, 1989. Wrote and recorded album "Cibolo Rose" 1997. "Tequila" and "Well,Darlin" from that, recorded by Larry Joe Wright on "Star Route,USA" album 1998. The 2004 CD "Reflections" is eleven self-written and performed songs. Vocal, some drum, acoustic guitar. Songs are reflections on life, distinctly Americana in style and tradition. Tommy Carter also sings and plays guitar for San Antonio gospel and praise bands.
