Guitar Player/Producer/Songwriter
Thomm has recorded and/or performed with Nanci Griffith, Mary Gauthier, David Olney, Steve Young, Michael Johnson, Toni Catlin, Jubal Lee Young, Jim Lauderdale and many other wonderfully talented people.
His main occupation is to play guitar on the road with Lost Highway recording artist Mary Gauthier. When at home in Nashville/TN, he writes and produces in his own studio.
Thomm's guitar playing reflects many styles of American music and draws inspiration from his classical guitar studies with internationally renowned guitar professor Dr. Mario Sicca.
As a guitar player, his emphasis is on tone and expression, his songwriting is highly musical.

author: PatEach song is better than the next. Reminds me of Stadtfest back in 1988. Thomm's music has an easy listening style and combines his years of listening, playing and learning about music. It certainly is a treat to hear it again!

author: StephanI bought this album because I was curious, for I have seen him play guitar for another great songwriter called Richard Dobson (who co-wrote one of the tracks with him) in Germany a couple times. And I'm 100% satisfied, I highly recommend this CD and hope to hear more soon!!!

If so, then I can't recommend any record any more than this fine work of art. Thomm has put it all together with this one. Incredible songs, arrangements, picking, production and some fine vocals make this record a must for music aficionados, especially songwriters. Buy it. You'll like it.
