This 15 track CD is truly surprising in its marriage of urban, R&B, reggae, rock, and Latin sounds and styles coupled with some traditional gospel lyrics. The blends and concepts are a good fit. Influences of P-Funk, Bootsy Collins, Santana, and Kirk Fran

Bio
Thomas McClary
Hi this is Thomas “Mr. Brickhouse” McClary, the founder of the original world renowned group, The Commodores. I have co-produced such hits as “Three Times A Lady”, “Easy”, “Lady You Bring Me Up”, “Sail On”; Co Written over twenty five percent of ALL the Commodores songs including the smash hit "Brickhouse". My writing skills have given me opportunities to work with such super stars as Diana Ross, Kenny Rogers, The Four Tops, James Ingram, Melissa Manchester, just to name a few.
Collaborating with Lionel Richie we have songs embodied in classic movies such as, "Endless Love” and “Thank God It Friday” starring Donna Summers,.
In addition to working with established artist, I have produced and written for new artist propelling them to the top of the charts like the number 1 record, “Stop Dogging Me Around”, I produced on the group called Kligue..
I am wiser and better like vintage wine. More valuable because I bring history and the heart beat of the music of the 70’s while marching to the commercial appetites of today’s consumers.
I am a trail blazer and while blazing that trail my intentions are to create a new history in doing a new thing. reshaping history that will set a new standard in the music industry. This new thing is clearly embodied into my new CD entitled “Revolution Not A Revival” poised to be release March ’08 in your local stores. However, it's available on line now.
Smash singles are: “Ash Me How I Know”, “Put Em In The Sky”, “I’ll Serve You”, "If Money Could Talk", "Whatsoever Things",“Head To Toe”,"Thank You" and "Yours For The Asking". I look forward to seeing you when I come to your great city with my hot new band The M.B.A. Players. See ya ………Mr. Brickhouse..I am out.

Amazing and Diverse Pop Album!
author: RadioIndy.com"Revolution Not a Revival" by Thomas McClary is an upbeat pop album that exhibits a very diverse array of influences. The most prominent are gospel, R&B and urban. But this is certainly only the beginning with this very diverse album. There are subtle hints of Latin, house, blues, rock and electronica as well. Overall, the album is very well-produced and radio-ready. The arrangements are creative and filled with depth. The vocals are are tight with lots of layers and heavenly harmonies. Moreover, there is a very appealing, upbeat, and soulful vibe throughout the entire album. Highlights include "Put Em in Da Sky," which contains one of many great hooks, a club feel and great vocal performances all around. "I'll Serve You" is as smooth as silk and full of soul. "Yours for the Asking" is a definite sing-along with more great vocal performances. If you like Lionel Ritchie and Usher, this is one CD you do not want to miss.
