notes

Brewed from a melting pot of musical influence, a sense of duty and a passion for intensity, The 7 Method began to take form in late 1999. Fusing the elements of rock, metal and hardcore, this foursome set out with the intent to create and never imitate. It is their combination of purposeful songwriting and intense live shows which have propelled The 7 Method to its status as one of the premier independent bands in North Carolina.

From the first smack of the kick drum, a T7M live show is a frenzied example of intensity unleashed. Just as the shredding guitar tone and thumping slap of the bass grab your attention, the soaring melodies and harmonies of T7M float over their driving rhythms and leave the crowd moving, singing, and enveloped in the experience.

Exceeding expectations and smashing molds, T7M doesn't come bearing only slamming music. They have a focus and insight that is brought out through their lyrics. These personal experiences, life changing losses and gains, and inspired life principles are going to crack your mind wide open. It will be then when you find out just how much The 7 Method can make you move.

I love this CD. Especially Here and Now cause I am an expecting mother and my ex sings that song to me cause he wishes he can do it all over again. I also like Push cause I keep pushing guys away from me so I won't fall in love with them.
