Onyx Management is now HYDRA MANAGEMENT! THE NEXT GENERATION. This is the first release by Tha Council. The CD has a very underground sound as it was intended to clearly demonstrate hard core Rap from the streets. This was also the debut project of Tha Council. The CD features 10 tracks produced by Bishop of Trial By Stone Productions and was his first work after signing. This CD was the beginning of the process of putting The Bronx back in the forefront of HIP HOP and establishing Tha Council as a serious player in the NYC hip hop arena.
