    I got this tape l8 years ago as part of a mother goose lamp. The lamp is gone but the tape still plays over and again. I always cry when I listen to it-it touches my heart so. I know my children will never be small again but when I listen, I can still feel them in my arms. Thank you for making my memories more vivid and the times I spent holding them so special.I got the CD so they can have it when they are ready to have babies themselves. It's truly aegeacy of love.

    I was given this when my now 22 year old was a baby. I have given it to countless new moms since. This year I was happily able to give it to my first granddaughter.     My lucky day! A dear friend gave me a "cassette" of this album when my twin boys were born (they just turned 16 last week). Played these songs to them every time they napped and also needed consoling. One time when they were about 20 mos. old, I was singing one of the songs and I had to stop mid sentence to cough, and to my amazement, both boys finished the sentence of the song for me. From then on, I would sing and stop randomly and they would finish whatever sentence for me. Tonight, I searched on line for the "Teddy" song, as I am now a "Nanny" for a sweet 2 mo. old baby boy. Found it on line and will give him a CD for Christmas! What sweet memories I will cherish from my twins, and now will share with my young "master."

    i used to share a room with my little brother. he was the friendliest and sweetest little kid, and he liked this tape a lot. he always asked me to play the lullaby tape, so i turned it on every night and he would fall asleep almost immediately. but i would leave the tape on and think about what a great little brother i had, and how he was such a great little guy. my favorite song was, tomorrow we go to the fair, and i always dreamed that i could take my little brother to a fair. i thought about how nice of a time he'd have there. i periodically think about this music and it always makes me happy, and i wish i could be in that room again and see his little blonde head of hair, and the peace across his face as he slept.

    Finally Found it!! My son is 17 now and I bought this CD when I was pregnant with him. When he was born, I used to sing the songs to him every night. He loved it. When he got older, he told me mom, I used to loved when you sang me to sleep. I couldn't believe he remembered! I had my daughter when my son was seven and I used these for her too. I found the old casette tape in the garage and played it for her. Just tonight she asked me to sing her the songs that I used to sing to her when she was a baby about angels... and I remembered some of the words so I started singing them to her. But,the name of the tape finally flashed in my head when I was singing tonight so I ran to the internet and here you are!!! I can't tell you thrilled I am to finally have found you again. The casette was damaged years ago and got thrown out and I could never remember the name of it until tonight when my daughter asked me to sing to her. Can you believe that? I'm so grateful to have found it. I"m going to buy the CD for my son and for my daughter to have as a memory of when they were babies. What a wonderful gift.     My mom played this all the time for me when I was a baby, and I listened to it all the way up until I was a teenager. Now I'm 21, and still love these songs to death. I remember all the words, I'll never forget them and sing them to my kids when I have my own.

    Oh my God. I thought I would never find these songs again. My mom bought me a mother goose lamp when i was 9. I still sing those songs to my kids, Im 26 now.I love the songs. My dad used to sing them to me. I kept the cassette and lost it when my son was 1. He is now 10. I cry just thinking of the music. it brings me memories of my father.     I used to work at a daycare where we played songs for the children while they napped and we had this CD in the 2- year old room.     I love this tape :( I couldn't find it anywhere! When i was 4 years old I listened to "tomorrow we'll go to the fair" every night on my mother goose storyteller lamp.     I first bought this on tape 15 years ago for my granddaughter and fell in love with it immediately. I bought a few as gifts over the next few years, but eventually could not find it in any store. I was so excited to find this again on CD and have ordered copies for everyone I know who is expecting, and a copy for myself. While I was ordering, my granddaughter came in the room and when she saw the cover picture, her face lit up and she smiled wide and said "I remember that". I hope she'll still love it as much as she did when she heard it the first time. I know I will.

    I have been hunting high and low for years for this exact CD. When i was a baby, my mum bought me a Tomy Mother Goose lamp, which came with these songs on a cassette.     I bought your cd when my daughter was born. I memorized all of the songs and sang them to her over and over again. She is eighteen now, and the other day she was singing some of the songs that were on the cd. I lost the cd when she was three so I thought that she had forgotten all the beautiful songs. I could not believe it when she asked if she could get online to see if she could find it to order. She rides with the cd in her car now and all her friends love it! I'm sure she will keep the cd and sing the songs to her children just like I did when she was small. Thanks for such beautiful music!

    When I was a baby some people gave my mom a copy of the tape for me. I've been listening to it ever since then. Sadly when I was little, I recorded over it w/ my little tape player, and then after 5th grade I had lost it. Just recently I found it again. I was extremly sad about how worn out it was and how I had recorded over it. The basics of it were, That I wanted to find out who the artist was, and then I came across this site. I asked my mom to order it right away. I'm still waiting for it but I know one thing for sure, I'm going to be listening to it for forever and a day, because I'm absolutly crazy about it!!! :)

    When I was young, my mom bought me a mother goose lamp that had a tape that played these songs on it. We gave away the lamp, and I lost the tape. Since then I had looked for these songs so that I can play them to my children.     My sister lent me this tape to use in the car when I travelled with my daughter, who was newborn at the time. I listened to it over and over and over, even when my daughter wasn't in the car with me. It's so soothing. My daughter is eight now, but I am buying myself the CD to play in my new car (that doesn't have a tape player). It's calming, relaxing, beautiful music to listen to, and will always bring back memories of when my daughter was little.

    My kids slept better than everyone else's, and I know why. Every night for at least ten years, I played ACGL on a tape player in the hall outside their bedrooms. Sometimes the older two would still be awake after the younger two had drifted off to dreamland, and I would hear: "More stories, please!" We had a copy for the car, for each of their Walkman players, and in the main sound system. We traveled frequently, and bringing ACGL immediately turned every hotel room or cottage into home, sweet home. I always give it to friends as baby gifts, and can't wait to introduce my grandchildren to the incredible music my kids(and I) have loved for so long. I ordered a new CD as an upgrade for our computers, iPods, etc., and my grown children were thrilled to discover it on the kitchen counter. Of course they wanted me to play it that night, and I did. What a sweet memory of their tender years! I will never be without this music in my life, I am sure. If I could give 100 stars, I would!

    My sister let me borrow this cassette in 1993 when I had my first child. I played it all the time when she was a baby then somehow I lost is.     My 15 year old son loves this music. He is disabled; he suffered brain damage at 13 months when hit by a drunk driver. One of his greatest pleasures is listening to music and he falls asleep to this tape almost every night. He gets very excited when he hears familiar music. A friend gave us this tape as a gift for his birthday many years ago, and we've worn out the tape! I am so glad to be able to replace it now. God bless you for producing such wonderful music!

    I sang these lullabies(or sometimes played in instrumental version for them)to my 2 children when they were toddlers. thru the years, they still asked me to sing them to them from time to time. now that my oldest is in high school, she likes to listen to the cd to help her fall asleep if she is feeling worried or anxious about something. these lullabies will be cherished by us forever. they are simply beautiful!

    I, myself, already have "A Child's Gift of Lullabyes" as well as several other CD Baby lullaby records. I have given one or another of these records as a gifts to a number of people. I placed this particular order so I might give the CD to a young mother and father who are shortly expecting their first baby. I had planned to give them the record after the baby arrived; however, after some thought, I decided to give it to them now. The reason being : It has been suggested that, even before birth, unborn babies hear, or are sensitive to, musical tones, rhythms or sounds. Although I know of no substantial proof of this as yet, whether the unborn baby can actually 'hear' the music or not, I am quite sure that, in listening to the these very special lullabies, the mood created in the expectant mother can not help but create a healthy atmosphere for her unborn child.

    My 2 children have had this CD from birth. It is the only one they both LOVE. I tried switching them and we kept coming back to this one. I put it on repeat and play it in their rooms all night long. I ALWAYS give this CD as a baby gift, and have gotten a couple extra to put in their baby boxes. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG with this CD!

    I had this cassette tape when my daughter was 2 and my son was a newborn back in 1988. It has been through 2 more sons and the tape has been played so much it is warbled.
