Sing Praises is presented by members of Teen SOYO, leaders of the Youth Movement of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America. This collection of Orthodox Christian hymns was recorded by members of Teen SOYO gathered from across the North American Continent for the 2003 Archdiocese Convention in Miami and the 2004 Special Archdiocese Convention in Pittsburgh. These conventions took historic steps towards realizing self-rule granted by the Holy Synod of Antioch.
Our teens present these hymns in thanksgiving for the foresight and courage of Metropolitan PHILIP and the Holy Synod of Antioch who have acted to create a stronger and united Orthodox Christian Church here on the North American Continent for the teens of this present age and generations to come. This snapshot of teens in Orthodox Worship bears witness to their love for Christ, His Church and the multitude of people who so lovingly minister to and with the Christ-loving members of Teen SOYO.
