    This is Lady T at her best. Tracks # 2, 6, 10, 11 and 14 are my favorite. Her new music is good BUT her old school stuff if way better. Her music still jams on the radio today. Both old and new she's always at the top of her game. Hands down ALL her music is HOT.

    I purchased this CD when it first hit the stores played it like it was the only cd I owed, then years later someone broke in my car and stole my entire CD Collection. Of course, "Passion Play" was part of that collection. I've been searching for this cd since 2000. My friend told me about cdbaby and there is was. I am so excited. I have both LaDona & Sapphire. Along with back in the day Teena... but my favorite is PASSION PLAY. Teena is AWESOME!!!

More than 25 years in the business and she is still one of my favourite vocalist ever.     we all know the great major label works of this one of a kind singer. this is a forgotten cd that if you are fans of square diz or behind the groove you oh it to your self to grab this one. it's as good a starter as it is for the loyal. some songs are stamy like a bowl of 15 alarm chili, and other want you to go with that special someone outside in a tropical rain and make love to it or for that matter in tropical sunshine and make love to it. teena you've got me hypnotized my angel teena these blind ears would gladly fall in love with you any time.

    This was Teena's hard to find album until I found it on CDBaby... Produced in 1994, this wonderful album is the missing link between her motown albums and her latest CD (La Dona) which came out this year (2004). Her tour came to an abrupt end after her long time on and off musical partner Rick James passed away last August. THis album will blow you away. Absolutely wonderful stuff!
