Knock your socks off, high energy Celtic trad. You may have heard Irish music before but you have never heard the combinations and arrangements the Tea Merchants have come up with, and they are bigger and better the second time around.

notes
So our first record, a self titled CD recorded on a cattle ranch in late 2003 gives a taste of our energetic approach to Irish music and thanks to many of you, has been very well received. But guess what? We have a second record!!! "One Lump Or Two?" to be released in March, 2007 is full of driving rhythm and creative arrangements, and is a great expression of our approach to Irish music. If you are familiar with our music you might know what to expect but we promise there are a few surprises. If you are not yet familiar with our music we invite you to take a listen and tell us what you think. We have included many newer compositions, including a few of our own, and combined them with many of the great traditional tunes in the music to create a very diverse and eclectic blend of music. We have mixed waltzes with reels, drawn on inspiration from some very famous peices, and even traveled to Sweden for a tune. So take a listen, tap your feet, and toss back a couple a' cuppas with us.
Cheers, Charlie, Chris, and Rob aka the Tea Merchants
