We believe the diversity of viewpoints represented here, all expressing the need for peace, represent a true voice of people everywhere. It is our fervent hope to spread the message of peace, galvanize folks to action, and keep a steady influx of funds flowing into Veterans for Peace, all while providing you with an opportunity to hear some really great music. This CD represents a well-thought-out idea and good craftsmanship towards a very necessary end. As a Vietnam-era vet, I'm glad to see such artists taking a stand on the Iraq war - yet another war that lines the pockets of a tiny few, wastes valuable resources and has made no measurable contribution to improving our society and our world.
