CARNAVALE is the winner of Best of The Beat award for Album of the year 2004 Latin/World! An outstanding job by professional musicians whose backgrounds include The Met, famous Jazz clubs in Europe and in the USA and New Orleans based pop and blues artists. Carnavale has songs in French, Greek, Spanish, Italian, English and Porteguese. This album uses songs depicting the two moods and experiences of Carnival: Fantasy & Longing. Impressive also is the first recordings done here of French /Creole classical music of the 19th century.

la belle creole
author: patrickI enjoyed it. and its good to have as background music. "sybil kein" did a wonderful job with the understanding. of creole classique ensemble, i only wish the lady on the cover (susan marie provost). had more than one song to sing. but good listening none the less.
