notes
Layton, UT -- With the increasing popularity of Ska music and tube socks, there has been introduced to the scene something spectacular. Although tube socks are great, we're talking about a ska band. That's right kids a Ska band right here in little old Utah. This Band answers to the name of Super Hero.
Rants, Raves, and Reviews of SUPER HERO
"While Super Hero bears certain similarities to ska-punk giants such as Reel Big Fish and old Less Than Jake, they do put their own unique spin on the proceedings and that's a very good thing."
"[something] that makes Super Hero great is the heavy parts of their songs. While alternating skabeats and punk/hardcore/metal sections is nothing new for bands in this genre, Super Hero obviously put a lot of thought and effort into the heavy parts. Dean Boman's guitar work is excellent throughout the two songs, but he especially shines on the distorted choruses."
-selections from a review of "Save The Planet"
By Benjamin of One Cent Stamp.
-----
"Great vocals, especially when there's harmonies sung along. The horns sound just like they're supposed to be in a ska song. Like the harder parts, more of that please."
