notes
In fact, Hope was very much alive. And breathing deep beneath the streets of the city. Here banded together a loose alliance of children. Join the Resistance. Do you know the vibe of which I speak? The building tension? The silent exchanges in coffee shops, deserts and dreams? For decades the Societal Blah has gained power. Turn an instrument of violence on its head. Join in the advocates of independent thought, the Underground Railroad for dreams, the forgotten sojourns of the human soul. Expand the general perception of reality to encompass the "impossible." Join the resistance.

"Great atmosphere... from the start this is gripping like a classic movie. Twisted in the way that the vocals are muffled with a seething undercurrent playing off beautifully against the flawless piano. String integrity. Reminds me of some material from Radiohead's Kid A album. Also reminiscent of The Cure's Seventeen Seconds album in parts, but with those sunkist West Coast vox over the top it actually permeates with greater melancholy. Powerful work."

"Original start for a very original song. LIke a segment from a rock opera. Nice piano work, and great implementation of percussion and related effects. Really different alternative piece, with classical elements. It keeps your attention, and that's getting harder to find in this genre. I really like the intimate vocal moments..."

revolutionary
this album is a unique blend of a life well lived, and the experiences are the songs that revolve in our heads as we listen. Great composition and experimentation with sounds, obviously many generations of music woven into a new and listenable style, a bold production, can't wait for the next one!
