Stretch Lefty formed in 2001, brings to the table a tasteful blend of Funk Reggae, and Hip-Hop with a classic quality reminiscent of Motown, Parliament Funkadelic and Bob Marley. For such a young band (all members were born in 1984) these kats are well rehearsed and ridiculously tight on stage. Stretch Lefty delivers an undeniably funky-fresh sound, that will have you nodding your head at the very least. Over the past two years they have gained major headway in the Columbus music scene by playing bars, festivals and larger venues, as well as performng weekly as a house band for sereval clubs.
