Powerful!
author: Robert MakinsonSal Rainone's voice conveys great beauty of feeling in these operatic and popular Italian songs. On the last one "The Crucifixion" the sacred sensitivity of the message would better be served with original background music. With this exception, the CD is a powerful and enjoyable musical experience.
