"A Skeletons History" by Bobby Lloyd Hicks.
The Skeletons came to be on a cold Sunday afternoon in February 1979. Lou Whitney and D. Clinton Thompson had played together for 5 years. Former Ozark Mountain Daredevil Randy Chowning and I, Bobby Lloyd Hicks, had performed together in his Randle Chowning Band. All 4 shared a love for 50s - 60s rock, pop, and country, so the purpose of this little group was to unearth some songs and sounds that people hadn't heard for awhile...
Note: This CD is a LIMITED EDITION of just 1000 copies! As of 4/04/05, all copies at this site will be the revised, speed-corrected version.

I beg you, BUY THIS!!!
author: Steve HoffmanFolks, I am in my mid-50s and have been listening to (and buying) rock'n'roll since I was about 5 years old. I am telling you, this is one of the greatest ROCK'N'ROLL records of ALL TIME. It's more than that -- it's the kind of record that just makes you damn glad that you are alive. Now, this CD is not for everybody. I mean, if your idea of great rock'n'roll is, say, Emerson Lake & Palmer or Jethro Tull, this might not be your cup of tea. If you think Metallica rules, stick with Metallica. But if you like rock'n'roll that is down home and growing like a crazy vine from every funky root of American roots music, all served up with spirit (and skill, too) ... you'll LOVE this. Forget psychiatry, this'll make you happy. Forget religion, find salvation in rock'n'roll. Wanna feel patriotic? This is the music that makes America great. .... Don't even get me started on how much I love this album!!!!!!!!!
Great Live Bar Band
author: John Stewart (Not the dead one)Really makes you wish you had been there that night. Other than the really, really bad rendition of "Bread and Butter", this is one that stands up to a lot of repeat listening. I've had this one and "Alive In The Nineties" going on my iPod for weeks.
i love this cd
