notes
Sixth Wave is the a cappella sextet that is sweeping through Los Angeles, the U.S., and the world, taking it all by storm.
After recently being named the National Harmony Sweepstakes Champions, Sixth Wave has gone on to release their second CD titled, "It Will Come To You." This two-years-in-the-making opus includes an eclectic mix of songs, ranging from Aerosmith to Earth Wind & Fire, from jazz standards to Electric Light Orchestra. It ALSO contains the group's first three original tunes, including the totally kickin' title track. Enjoy surfing the wave!

Great blend
author: mdmphdWhat an interesting mix of songs - ecclectic is a positive when used to describe 6th Wave. Yet I have big time favorites - Strange Magic, Oye Como Va, and the final cut - the Earth Wind and Fire medley is a particular stunner. It has me singing along now. You'll Always Remember... is lush and full of overtones. It gathers some sophistication from the arrangement and the group commits with color. I would hope they'd tackle more ELO(hint, hint)
Simply Stunning
author: Kay TAlthough most of the songs are not very unique, most of their versions of the songs are. I have never heard such an outstanding version of Dream On.
Awesome CD, great selection of music performed beautifully!
author: Marty BeeneSixth Wave's 2nd CD is simply outstanding. The selection of music has been called eclectic, and I would agree, but only in the most positive connotation of the word. How can you argue with a list that includes an Earth, Wind, & Fire medley, the William Tell Overture, and Lambert, Hendricks, and Ross's "Twisted" on a single CD?! Throw in a couple of my all-time favorites, "Jeanine" and "Oye Como Va," along with some excellent original charts, and you have the makings of a classic. This is great music, and everyone will thoroughly enjoy it! Can't wait for their 3rd CD....
