The music of Shadow Demon combines a neck-wrenching rhythm assault with aggressive, melodic vocals resulting in an intense power thrash metal onslaught.
Shadow Demon formed in early 2002, bringing together guitarist Jeff Helm and vocalist Blaine Hammond. After working with other area musicians, bassist James Rinker was brought into the fold.
Shadow Demon released their debut three-song EP in December of 2003. The most recent additions to the band are drummer Jay Davidson (2005) and lead guitarist Ryan Gallagher (2006).
In October of 2006, Shadow Demon released their first full-length CD titled 'Grimoire of Ruin.'
