I am Susan Fisher Palace and the creator of KidVisions. I am a teacher, wife, mother and was inspired to create KidVisions by the amazing results these simple relaxation techniques had on my students and my own children.
It is my priviledge and purpose to introduce these powerful tools to children and adults. As a parent, there is no greater joy than seeing my children have and use these tools to calm themselves and create postive feelings and outcomes in their lives. It is almost magical to watch my students, my children and their friends be transformed by the power of their own thoughts and imaginations.
I have a passion for teaching and have over 15 years experience teaching relaxation techniques to adults and children. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), a certified Integrative Yoga Therapist (IYT) and a YogaKids Associate (YKA). I have been married to my husband, Andy for 15 years and am blessed with 2 wonderful childen, Lauren, 8 and Jay, 5. I am always learning new applications for KidVisions from their experiences and those of my students. I teach classes in schools, corporations, hospitals and community sites. I have my MBA from the University of Texas in Austin and worked in the healthcare industry for almost 10 years.

A great CD for kids that helps them relax in today's busy lifestyle!
author: Pat R.The CD is wonderful! In today's busy lifestyle...it really gives kids terrific tools to help them relax and deal with issues that can add stress in their lives. Things like school, tests, peers etc. It has been great at helping my son relax and sleep more soundly at bedtime! It's the next best thing to taking a Yoga class every day!
