Steve Seskin is one of the most successful writers in Nashville today.

He's an "A" list songwriter with a boatload of songs recorded by Tim McGraw, Neal McCoy, John Michael Montgomery, Kenny Chesney, Collin Raye, Peter Frampton, Waylon Jennings, Alabama, Mark Wills, and Peter Paul and Mary.

His song "Don't Laugh At Me" was a finalist for CMA "Song of the Year" in 1999, and has spurred an entire tolerance movement, launched by the Don't Laugh at Me Project.

His song, "Grown Men Don't Cry," was a number one single for Tim McGraw.

Other Seskin hits include: "I Think About You," "Life's A Dance," "No Doubt About It," "You've Got Love" and "Wrong." But Steve is also an electrifying performer.

    The music is light, heavy, and all places in between. As art is supposed to do, it touches all those feelings and brings enjoyment, reflection, laughter, and tears. Great stuff.

    I've been a big fan of Steve Seskin ever since "Grown Men Don't Cry", and I've seen him perform several times. He is a teriffic songwriting storyteller. This CD captures perfectly what seeing Steve perform his songs in person are like.

    I was fortunate enough to see and meet Steve at the TAXI Road Rally in LA this past November, and I bought this CD for myself at that point - then, I purchased another copy for my brother as a Christmas present. Both he and I absolutely love this CD - Steve is one of the most engaging singer/songwriters I've ever encountered. Can't wait to hear more Steve - keep up the great work!

    After seeing Steve for the first time at the Rocky Mt. Folks Festival, his music has left a lasting impression. From what I understand he wrote and composed Everbody's Got A Mountain during the week long song school he often teaches at prior to RMFF. See him live if you have the opportunity, he's truely one of the best!!!!

    I have heard Steve Seskin's songs on the radio in the past and loved each one. What really amazed me about Steve Seskin's CD, is the emotion and soul that comes through when he performs his own songs. After hearing this cd, I prefer hearing Steve Seskin perform his own songs.     Steve Seskin delivers with an awesome live cd. The music is great and the stories are especially funny. I think Steve should give up on songwriting and start stand up comedy. "It's A Jungle Out Here" is one of my favorites. Steve Seskin's "live" should be in everyones collection.
