notes
The idea for a musical tribute to the Southwest began as a quiet seed while I was living in northern New Mexico. It took root and grew, finally compelling me to return. These pieces are named for the location in which they were written, and are dedicated both to the peoples of the Four Corners Region, past and present, and to the spirit of the land.
Scott has appeared in concert with Graham Nash, Jesse Colin Young, Richie Havens, Taj Mahal and many others.
May Scotts' music live on. Sadly, Scott died in August 1995.
