Adam Schattschneider received his doctorate from Indiana University where he studied with artist Carol Wincenc and London Symphony flutist Peter Lloyd. A woodwind specialist, he also studied with American saxophonist Eugene Rousseau, Paris Conservatory Professor of Saxophone Daniel Deffayet, and American clarinet pedagogy specialist Howard Klug.
Dr. Schattschneider has performed concerts throughout North America, including Alaska and British Columbia. He has also recorded Broken Boundaries and Soliloquies, recordings featuring works for soprano and alto saxophones which are also available at CDbaby.
