The S.C.G. is definitely one of the greatest musical geniuses ever in the history of music. Not only is he a producer, song writer, emcee, sound engineer, and play just about every instrument under the sun, he is a youth pastor at Faith Apostolic Temple in South Bend Indiana. With a love of God like no other and a love of music, the S.C.G is producing music that is going to be felt one way or another.
With songs like "Rock On" he confronts all the people who have a problem with young people being on fire for Christ and expressing that fire in their own fashion. "Check in To the DJP" is a creative song were he goes through a list of different types of rappers telling them that they are not keeping it real and need to check into the DJP hotel in order to know what's really Real! In one of the hottest songs on the album "Reality" tells about a young man who wants to do right but has to deal with everyday issues that are contrary. "Dear Father" is a song where the S.C.G. seeks the Guidance of GOD as it relates to his life as a Youth Pastor. "Kiki part 1" is a song where the S.C.G calls his girlfriend to tell her that he has changed his life, which is something she doesn't want to hear.
Surrounded by Music is an album that you absolutely don't want to miss out on. It will definitely be a blessing to your life.     This cd rocks. I love the tunes and they help me get through the day. It is clean and there is no swearing in it. It was very inspirational to me. I only wish I had more of the same from the same artist. I would be willing to buy it for the world if I was rich but I not so I am stuck just with just being able to share and spread the word about these wonderful annoited tunes. I would recommend all parents to get it for their children for our children are our future and and if you are not a parent I would still get this cd because it is the type of cd that can help you get through the day. It is good christian music and I love it and I can't say that enough.

    yeah any life searcher can appreciate this cd. I love how s.c.g uses the art of rap to get the message across. THIS ONES A KEEPER FOR RAP MUSIC COLLECTERZ MOST OF ALL. Let this album help. GOD Bless
