This Los Angeles based singer-songwriter and her band "Sarah Stanley and They Look Like Cousins" have become local favorites in LA’s live music venues, including The Cinema Bar, Taix, El Cid, Room 5 and the Echo. Her songs have recently been heard on Indie 103.1, ABC’s “Men in Trees,” the Lifetime movie, “More of Me,” starring Molly Shannon, and she was recently chosen to write a song for and sing at the Getty. Sarah is lucky enough to co-write with some of the best singer-songwriters in the city, and two songs co-written with Davey Meshell for the Neighborhood Bullys were recently produced by the legendary Mike Chapman. Her second CD, “Long Road to Leave You” has just been released by Fatoak Records.
