Sarah Nicole is the quitessential California Singer/Songwriter. Signed to Sonspot Records in 1999, Sarah Nicole has recorded material for two full-length albums, toured the American Southwest and collaborated with music legends Willie Nelson, David Hidalgo(Los Lobos),Eliades Ochoa(Buena Vista Social Club), Adam Duritz(Counting Crows) on the I-10 Chronicles (2000) Virgin Records America.
The release of Paradise in 2000 was marked with both commercial and radio success, scoring top 20 airplay on P2 stations across the country. Led by the single "Sleep", written by Billy Steinberg (Like a Virgin, True Colors, I Drove All Night), the album attracted a large audience and prompted a regional tour of radio shows and live venues.
Sarah is currently writing new material and intends to release an EP in the near future.

A fine CD
author: Steve MaguireThis is actually an outstanding CD, and would've been damned near perfect, if "Rush Me" and "Three Weeks In Spain" had been dropped, say for something spectacular like "Wrong About Us," which Sarah has done but appears not to have released anywhere. When Sarah's on, she's really on, and has such a touch for this kind of material that what she accomplishes is quite incomparable. Nothing since 2000 though.... not a hopeful sign.
