Sandy Dolby teaches in the Department of Folklore and Ethnomusicology at Indiana University. This album—Wedding Song—was created to help celebrate her daughter’s wedding, held in Audubon Park in New Orleans, in November 2006. Other songs on the album are either written for other relatives or friends or are traditional folksongs or hymns.
